In oracle cloud application you can have customized version of roles to meet specific business requirements. You can either copy the delivered role or start configuring your own custom roles from scratch by adding necessary privilege required to perform duties. You also need to assign data roles with your custom job roles.
For a compensation team, who usually doesn’t have necessary access, you will need to assign a privilege for them to be able to access requisition.
