What is the difference between waiting period and vesting rule?
Vesting Period - During this period, leaves are accrued, but one can not avail leaves. Waiting Period - During this period, leaves are NOT accrued, and one can avail the leaves. ( as there are no accrued leaves)
Vesting Period – During this period, leaves are accrued, but one can not avail leaves.
