    Ideally, if you want to change the score of a question that has already been used, you cannot directly change the score. Let’s evaluate the given options:

    First option A: Delete the original question. This option will not update the score, so we can ignore it.

    Second option B: Remove all existing scores. This option is also not correct because you can’t change or remove the score if the question has already been used. If the question has not been used, you can directly update the score, and there won’t be any need to remove the existing score.

    Third option C: Set all scores to zero. This option is also not correct because, once again, you can’t change the score if the question has already been used. The application will not allow you to set the score to zero.

    Fourth option D: Duplicate the question. This option is somewhat close. Instead of duplicating, you can copy the question and then enter a new score for the new question. However, in this approach, the old question will still be available with its old score.

    Right option, which is not mentioned here should be Create a new version of the question. as this option allows you to update the existing question with newer version which also allows you to update the score. The prior version of the question will not be available for selection any more. Its like end dating the old question and creating same question again with new effective start date.

    Application allows you to customize the job applications filter by clicking on the gear icon. To experience the same login as a recruiter and navigate to My Client Groups » Hirings

    Click on the Job Requisitions link available on the left-hand side (this is usually by default selected). You will see currently open job requisitions and the number of applications against each requisition. Click on the Applications link as shown below.

    This will open the Job Applications page this questions is talking about. On this screen by default only Active applications are shown. Click on the Show Filter link, which will enable additional filters that you can apply to limit candidates results.

    Some of the common filter that you will see are

    • Candidate Name
    • Candidate Number
    • Candidate Type
    • Application Details
    • Phase
    • State
    • Location

    Now questions says How can additional job application filters be enabled for the users?, for this, click on the gear icon (Personalize Filters) and you will see option to enable additional filter such as Prescreening Score
