Please let me know if any one used Compensation Start date formula in ICP?
This could be from any old document but best of my knowledge fast formula is not supported for ICP. You can raise a service request with oracle and get it confirmed. Please do let us know if you found ways to achieve this through fast formula.

Hi Manjula, Compensation start date formula can't be used for individual compensation plans as there is no option to attach formula with Payment Start Date field in ICP. Compensation start date formula can’t be used for individual compensation plans as there is no option to attach formula with Payment Start Date field in ICP.
You get some option to control element start date from filed Payment Start Date but there is no provision to attach any kind of formulas.
You can open an ICP and click on Dates tab to sinf filed Payment Start Date.
