As you might be trying to setup this for the first time, its difficult to comment what might have gone wrong. Once the life event is configured you also need to perform some event that will trigger the enrollment. If you life event is based on new hire, you need to hire a new employee. If you are facing this issue in the client pod, better you raise a service request.

1. Run Backout process for plan(s)
2. Update the Configure Hierarchy task within the plan(s) to Source = ‘Primary Manager Hierarchy’
3. Restart plan
4. Retest

Hi, are you sure the person you have selected is eligible for the plan. Please proxy as any other manager who is definitely eligible for any comp plan.

1. Also check the plan access restriction, maybe this manager is eligible but doesn’t have access.
2. Try to login using that manager’s account directly and see how it works, as I see you are using some development pod so you can reset the password and try.
3. There could be some issue with your pod also if that is a vision instance.

As a recruiter navigate to My Clients Groups » Hiring » Candidate Pools » Click on any existing pool name » Click on + Add button

And you only get option to create a new candidate to add in the pool. There is no option to search any existing candidate and add to the pool, therefore correct option is B, which says – Allows you to create a new candidate and add them to the pool.
