How to check which rule was triggered in the transaction?

Hi Folks,

How to check which rule was triggered in the transaction? Checked in the diagnostic log but it is displaying no rule is being triggered.

 

Rules Evaluated For This Transaction
  1. None of the rules got triggered for this transaction. Please check the error details.

But the transaction is done and the approval is assigned to the Line Manager instead of Matrix manager. need to check which rule is being triggered.

 

Is there any way to debug it. Please help.
