How to change app/icon name for a single language?

Hello folks,

We have a requirement to change the app name, let’s say we want to change the app name from Person Management to Employee Management. We can achieve this through personalization (structure) but the problem with this approach is that the modified app name Employee Management, will be displayed in all other languages too.

Here the requirement is to only change the app name for a single language English, while it should continue to show oracle delivered name in other languages as they have been appearing earlier, there should be any impact on those name.

Any idea, how can we achieve this? We might have tried EL expression but that option is not available for app name.
