Hi, I want to check if anyone is having Global Absence Accrual Matrix Fast formula as per following requirement.
There are 6 Legal entities – (LE1, LE2, LE3, LE4, LE5, LE6)
Requirement: 1.25 days accrual every month (Incremental)
For one specific LE1 – there is additional requirement as below
For LE1 -> requirement is +1 day to be given at start of the year and not anniversary month for employees who have LOS greater than 5 and less than 9 so at start of that year employee will receive 2.25 as balance in January month and 1.25 from next month onwards.
+2 days to be given to all employees who has LOS above 9 years not anniversary month for employees so at start of that year employee will receive 3.25 as balance in January month and 1.25 from next month onwards.
