Hi Folks,
We have a requirement where if an employee applies for a leave and that person has a matrix manager configured, approval should route to the matrix manager, however, if that person doesn’t have any matrix manager then it should go to his/her line manager for approval.
How do we configure absence approval setup for this requirement. Any guidance will be much appreciated.
I have approval configuration in place but it’s going to both the managers and this is not a business requirement.
