Hi Folks, here i have a requirement. Please provide some inputs.
- Absence Plan is Anniversary type.
- Enrolment should happen on date of hire.
- Employee should get balance of 10 days after completion of 6 months. (if hire date is November 15, 2023, balance should be accrued on May 15, 2024.)
- Next Balance of 10 days should be accrued on May 15 2025, and every year should repeat like this may 15 2026, may 15 2027…
- Carryover should follow Anniversary date . like from date of hire it should follow every year.
Please provide some inputs and let me know the feasibility.
I have tried by taking the repeating period of six months but it is not working properly for Anniversary type.
