There are many ways to earn points on HCM Folks, such as asking and answering questions, following other folks, voting on answers, and referring other folks to the community.

We encourage you to participate in the HCM Folks community, engage with other folks, and earn points along the way. Remember, the more active you are, the more points you can earn and the higher you can climb in our badge system.

Below are the different ways you can earn points.

    For adding a new post.

  • 50 Points

    For Signing up.

  • 50 Points

    For referring a new user.

  • 25 Points

    When your answer has been chosen as the best answer.

  • 25 Points

    For adding your social media links to your profile.

  • 10 Points

    For adding an answer.

  • 10 Points

    Each time when a user follows you.

  • 5 Points

    Your question gets a vote.

    For choosing a poll on the question.

Badges System

Welcome to HCM Folks, where Oracle folks come to share their knowledge and expertise. Our badge system is a unique way to recognize and reward the contributions of our community members.

We have eight levels of badges, starting from Trainee to Principal Architect. Each level requires a different number of points and reflects the skills and knowledge of the folks. By participating in the community, such as answering questions or sharing insights, consultants can earn points and climb the ranks.

Our badge system not only acknowledges the efforts of our community members but also helps visitors identify experts in specific areas. We encourage folks to actively participate in the community, share their knowledge, and learn from others.

  • Trainee Level
    0 Points

    Welcome to the HCM Folks. As a Trainee, you are just starting out on your journey to becoming an Oracle consultant. This level is designed to help you learn the basics of Oracle technologies and start building your skills. As you participate in discussions and contribute to the community, you will earn points that will help you climb the hierarchy.

  • Associate Level
    101 Points

    Congratulations, you've advanced to the Associate level! At this level, you have gained some experience working with Oracle technologies and are starting to develop your skills. You should feel comfortable contributing to discussions and asking questions of more experienced folks in the community. Keep building your knowledge and experience to continue climbing the hierarchy!

  • Analyst Level
    301 Points

    You've made it to the Analyst level! At this point, you have demonstrated a solid understanding of Oracle technologies and are able to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions. You should be actively participating in discussions and helping out less experienced folks in the community. Keep up the great work to continue climbing the hierarchy!

  • Consultant Level

    Congratulations, you've become a Consultant! At this level, you have a solid foundation of knowledge and experience working with Oracle technologies. You should be able to work independently on projects and provide solutions to complex problems. Keep building your skills and knowledge to continue climbing the hierarchy and become a Senior Consultant!

  • Senior Consultant Level

    you've become a Specialist! At this level, you have deep knowledge and expertise in specific Oracle technologies and are recognized as a subject matter expert. You should be actively mentoring and coaching less experienced folks in the community, as well as contributing to discussions and providing guidance to others.   • Architect Level
