We have eight levels of badges, starting from Trainee to Principal Architect. Each level requires a different number of points and reflects the skills and knowledge of the folks. By participating in the community, such as answering questions or sharing insights, consultants can earn points and climb the ranks.
Our badge system not only acknowledges the efforts of our community members but also helps visitors identify experts in specific areas. We encourage folks to actively participate in the community, share their knowledge, and learn from others.

Welcome to the HCM Folks. As a Trainee, you are just starting out on your journey to becoming an Oracle consultant. This level is designed to help you learn the basics of Oracle technologies and start building your skills. As you participate in discussions and contribute to the community, you will earn points that will help you climb the hierarchy.

Congratulations, you've advanced to the Associate level! At this level, you have gained some experience working with Oracle technologies and are starting to develop your skills. You should feel comfortable contributing to discussions and asking questions of more experienced folks in the community.
