    Compensation start date formula can’t be used for individual compensation plans as there is no option to attach formula with Payment Start Date field in ICP.

    You get some option to control element start date from filed Payment Start Date but there is no provision to attach any kind of formulas.

    You can open an ICP and click on Dates tab to sinf filed Payment Start Date.

    As the requirements are very specific, it would be difficult to provide an accurate solution as there could be multiple factors not mentioned in your question.

    If you can share the name of the approval process you are using, it would be helpful. In general, currency conversion is not possible within the approval process, and you have to work with the available attributes for that process flow.

    You can try to see if you can convert the currency beforehand within the plan itself before sending it for approval. If that’s not possible, I believe the approach you have decided on is great.

    Generally when you act as a proxy manager, you only search the manager and not the employee and employee(s) reporting to manager should be eligible for the plan. I am sure you might have run the start workforce compensation plan which will make all employees eligible.
