Before implementing the OTL module for a client, it is essential to enable specific administrator profiles to ensure the module’s successful functioning.
In this article, we will discuss some of the key administrator profiles that need to be enabled before implementing the OTL module. While some of these profiles may already be enabled with the recommended values, it is still important to check them quickly before starting the project.
To enable these profiles, search for the task “Manage Administrator Profile Values”. Then, search for the specific profile either by Profile Option Code or Profile Display Name. Once you locate the profile, ensure that it is enabled and set to the recommended value.
